HOW DO I CONSIGN?
Please read through this page carefully, as well as review our consignor agreement (word sample

pdf sample)
and tagging instructions. If you have consigned with us in one or both of the last two sales please click here to register as a returning consignor. If you have never consigned with us before click here to be added to our new consignor waiting list.
You will need to purchase white card stock to print your tags. Please see the tagging page for full tagging details. You are on your way!
CONSIGNOR REGISTRATION DEADLINE AND FEE

(limited to the first 90 consignors)
- Each consignor will be charged an
Fee not entered
consignor fee which will be deducted from your final proceeds.
PROCEEDS
- Consignors who volunteer
to work for 3 hours will receive 70% of their sale proceeds.
- Consignors who choose not
to work will receive 60% of their sale proceeds.
- Proceeds will
be mailed to consignor within two weeks of sale.
- Consignors must give a self-addressed,
stamped envelope to the MOPS Check-In Station to receive their proceeds.

- FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILDREN THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED AT SET UP.

CONSIGNOR PICK UP TIME:
- PLEASE LEAVE A BOX OR TUB for your unsold items.
Display your consignor number by writing it prominently onto a sheet of your tagging
cardstock (see tagging instructions)
and attach it to your box.

- You may choose to donate your unsold items. Any
items not picked up by
will be donated to a charity selected by MOPS.
ITEMS WE ACCEPT
Please bring only your best quality children’s and maternity clothing.
Items must be of the current season and style. If an item is stained, shows signs
of excessive wear, is missing buttons, snaps or zippers please do not bring it to
the sale. Don’t spend your valuable time tagging and preparing an item that you
would not buy yourself. If we feel an item does not meet these criteria it will
be removed from the floor.
NEW THIS YEAR: WE ARE LIMITING THE NUMBER OF TOTAL ITEMS EACH CONSIGNOR CAN BRING. In order to provide the best shopping experience for our customers we are limiting the number of total items to
225. This includes clothing, toys, games, books and baby items.
Sale Manager will alert you when you have reached that number. We encourage consignors to combine or group like items (multiple shirts w/pants, full outfits instead of individual items) which sell better.

TOYS:
- All toys must be clean and
in working order
- If it needs batteries it must contain working batteries so the
shopper knows that it works.
- If it’s a stuffed animal it must talk. Example: Leap
Frog or Tickle Me Elmo.
OTHERWISE, NO STUFFED ANIMALS!
ATHLETIC EQUIPMENT:
- Bike
helmets
- Gloves
- Cleats
- Shin guards
- Pads
- Sport specific socks (i.e. soccer,
baseball, etc.)

is stained or torn, is missing buttons, snaps or zippers or is the wrong season

- STUFFED ANIMALS (except for talking, see above)
- UNDERWEAR, UNLESS
NEW IN PACKAGE
- BOTTLE NIPPLES, UNLESS NEW IN PACKAGE
- PACIFIERS, UNLESS NEW IN
PACKAGE
- ANYTHING THAT HAS NOT BEEN THOROUGHLY CLEANED
- TOYS OR EQUIPMENT THAT
IS BROKEN, DOESN’T WORK OR IS MISSING PARTS
- PERISHABLE ITEMS SUCH AS BABY FOOD
OR FORMULA
- ST. LUKE’S UCC MOPS RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT OTHER ITEMS DEEMED
